It is a condition that the street vendor does not have a fixed place of business and cannot conduct business in more than one commercial unit. A self-employed person who conducts business in conditions that do not allow them to be mobile throughout the day is not considered a street vendor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Tax Administration in the NIPT certificate it issues to the outpatient is obliged to place the word \u201cAmbulanti\u201d before the taxpayer's name. For example, \u201cAmbulanti Firstname Lastname\u201d. After registration, the outpatient is obligated to pay social and health insurance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Registration documentation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Written request;<\/li><li>Photocopies of the identification card or passport of the self-employed person;<\/li><li>Completed registration form;<\/li><li>License from the municipality within the territorial and administrative jurisdiction, which the self-employed person is allowed to trade in pre-defined public places by the Municipality and who carries out the activity in a single and mobile trading unit.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Deregistration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The re-registration is done at the request of the person registered as self-employed, submitted to the regional tax directorate where the registration was made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Debts to be paid<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ambulatory patients who are over 16 years of age, who are not insured as employees or self-employed in continuous economic activities, pay mandatory social security and health insurance contributions for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>pension branch and<\/li><li>for health care provision.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Self-employed persons in commercial or service activities, mobile vendors, declare and pay a monthly minimum contribution in the amount of 4,696 ALL, of which:<\/p><p>a. 3,200 leke for social insurance and<\/p><p>b. 1,496 leks for health insurance.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Burim <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tatime.gov.al\/c\/3\/12\/22\/ambulante\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">General Directorate of Taxes.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"gdlr-core-widget-box-shortcode\" style=\"color: #ffffff ;background-color: #000014 ;\"  ><h3 class=\"gdlr-core-widget-box-shortcode-title\" style=\"color: #ffffff ;\"  >Do you have a question?<\/h3><div class=\"gdlr-core-widget-box-shortcode-content\" ><p class=\"translation-block\">Do not hesitate to <a href=\"https:\/\/alprofitconsult.al\/en\/contact\/\" target=\"_self\">contact<\/a> us.
