Ministri i Financave dhe ministri p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr ekonomin\u00eb, me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, miratojn\u00eb pragjet e v\u00ebllimit t\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb cilave lind detyrimi i regjistrimit si tregtar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tregtari regjistrohet sipas neneve 28 pika 1 dhe 30 t\u00eb ligjit <a href=\"https:\/\/alprofitconsult.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Ligji-Nr.-9723-date-03.05.2007-Per-Regjistrimin-e-Biznesit-i-ndryshuar-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nr.9723, dat\u00eb 3.5.2007 <\/a>\u201cP\u00ebr Qendr\u00ebn Komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Regjistrimit\u201d. N\u00ebse tregtari ka krijuar nj\u00eb faqe n\u00eb internet, t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e njoftuara pran\u00eb Qendr\u00ebs Komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Regjistrimit publikohen n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb faqe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tregtari \u00ebsht\u00eb i detyruar t\u00eb ndjek\u00eb parimet e ndershm\u00ebris\u00eb profesionale, t\u00eb zbatueshme n\u00eb mjedisin tregtar, ku ai vepron. Tregtari, p\u00ebr detyrimet q\u00eb rrjedhin nga veprimtarit\u00eb e ushtruara, p\u00ebrgjigjet personalisht me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pasurin\u00eb e t\u00eb drejtat e tij t\u00eb tashme dhe t\u00eb ardhshme, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb pasurit\u00eb e luajtshme e t\u00eb paluajtshme, pron\u00ebsit\u00eb industriale e intelektuale, kredit\u00eb ndaj t\u00eb tret\u00ebve e \u00e7do t\u00eb drejt\u00eb apo pasuri tjet\u00ebr, vlera e t\u00eb cilave mund t\u00eb shprehet n\u00eb para.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tregtari e humbet statusin e tij kur pushon ushtrimin e veprimtaris\u00eb ose kur \u00ebsht\u00eb i detyruar ta pushoj\u00eb at\u00eb.
