Occupational Safety and Health<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The employer is required to create a safe and healthy work environment. He must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. I provide protective equipment for the employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. They organize accident prevention training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Keep environmental and technological risks under control (Article 38).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Practical example:<\/strong> On a construction site, every worker must be equipped with a hard hat and a reflective vest.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

    Protection from Harassment and Discrimination<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Any form of discrimination and harassment, whether verbal or physical, is strictly prohibited in the workplace. The employer is required to take measures to address complaints and to prevent the recurrence of such incidents (Article 9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Practical example:<\/strong>\u00a0An employee who is harassed by his colleagues because of his nationality has the right to legal protection and disciplinary action against the perpetrators.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
