{"id":1147,"date":"2019-05-30T08:12:13","date_gmt":"2019-05-30T08:12:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alprofitconsult.al\/?p=1147"},"modified":"2019-05-30T08:12:13","modified_gmt":"2019-05-30T08:12:13","slug":"xls-formats-for-the-filing-of-2018-financial-statements","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alprofitconsult.al\/en\/formatet-xls-per-depozitimin-e-pasqyrave-financiare-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"XLS formats for filing the 2018 financial statements"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Based on Article 43 of Law No. 9723, dated 05\/03\/2007, \u201cOn Business Registration,\u201d as amended, entities must register and file the annual financial statements, the activity progress report, and the audit report, prepared in accordance with legal requirements, in cases where the keeping of these documents is mandatory, no later than 7 months from the date of closing of each financial year, otherwise an administrative fine of 15,000 lek\u00eb will be applied.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadline<\/strong>, for the submission of these documents is <strong>July 31, 2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, we inform you that <strong>The submission of financial statements will be carried out in Excel format through the e-Albania government portal. <\/strong>At the following addresses you can find Excel document templates for filing financial statements.
