The service offers three dedicated sections for obtaining \u201cTravel Permits for Entity Needs\u201d according to business specifications:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 <i> \u201cTransportation permit for staff\u201d<\/i> Enables obtaining the permit for the circulation of private companies' vehicles that transport employees along the home-work-home route.<br \/>\n\u2013 <i> \u201cPermit for circulation for the needs of entities\u201d <\/i> Allows the device to obtain permission to access various private or public services at any time within the official hours: 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM.<br \/>\n\u2013<i> \u201cPermit for the circulation of services provided by entities\u201d<\/i> It enables the device to be issued an unlimited permit for businesses that offer 24-hour service. The duration of the circulation permit for the entities' needs is 7 days.<\/p>\n<p><b>Necessary documentation<\/b><br \/>\nNo supporting documentation is required for this service.<\/p>\n<p><b>Steps of the procedure<\/b><br \/>\n\u2013 Register your business for NIPT on the e-Albania portal;<br \/>\n\u2013 Select the \u201cCirculation Permit for Entity Needs\u201d service;<br \/>\n\u2013 Click the \u201cUse\u201d button;<br \/>\nChoose one of three options that best fits your business profile.; <i>-If you need a \u201cStaff Transport Permit\u201d:<\/i> \u2013 Select the \u201cStaff Transportation\u201d option;<br \/>\nSubmit the application by selecting the schedule and completing the information for the vehicles that will be used to transport the employees.;<br \/>\nThe approval will be sent to the email address you used to register on the e-Albania portal.;<br \/>\n\u2013 If you want to use a different email, you need to change it in the \u201cMy Space\u201d section by clicking: <a href=\"https:\/\/e-albania.al\/Account\/Profile.aspx\">Change the account information.<\/a> <i>If you need a \u201cPermit for Circulation for Entity Needs\u201d:<\/i> \u2013 Select the \u201cCirculation for entity needs\u201d option;<br \/>\n\u2013 Provide information on the vehicle list, the staff who will be relocated, and the reasons for the relocation.;<br \/>\n\u2013 Select the time slot in which the movement will take place, within the official time frame: 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM;<br \/>\nThe approval will be sent to the email address you used to register on the e-Albania portal, and it is valid all week, from Monday to Saturday.;<br \/>\n\u2013 If you want to use a different email, you need to change it in the \u201cMy Space\u201d section by clicking: <a href=\"https:\/\/e-albania.al\/Account\/Profile.aspx\">Change the account information.<\/a> <i>If you need a \u201cPermit for the Circulation of Entity Services\u201d:<\/i> \u2013 Select the \u201cCirculation for Subject Services\u201d option;<br \/>\n\u2013 Provide information on the list of vehicles, the staff members, and the reasons for the transfer.;<br \/>\nThe approval will be sent to the email address you used to register on the e-Albania portal, and is valid only within the permitted time frame.;<br \/>\n\u2013 If you want to use a different email, you need to change it in the \u201cMy Space\u201d section by clicking: <a href=\"https:\/\/e-albania.al\/Account\/Profile.aspx\">Change the account information.<\/a> This procedure also applies to state institutions. The head of the institution must identify himself on the portal as an individual. Then he must register the institution by completing the NIPT and any other required information. Finally, he follows the same procedure as above.<\/p>\n<p><b>Caution! <\/b> The police will verify in real time whether the employees of the entities have an authorized approval or not.
