{"id":12738,"date":"2020-06-02T19:49:56","date_gmt":"2020-06-02T19:49:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alprofitconsult.al\/?p=12738"},"modified":"2020-06-02T19:49:56","modified_gmt":"2020-06-02T19:49:56","slug":"after-june-5-entities-that-have-not-applied-for-the-second-financial-aid-package-will-be-fined","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alprofitconsult.al\/en\/pas-dates-5-qershor-do-te-gjobiten-subjektet-qe-nuk-kane-aplikuar-per-paketen-e-dyte-te-ndihmes-financiare\/","title":{"rendered":"As of June 5, entities that have not applied for the second financial aid package will be fined."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Tax Administration reminds all taxpayers who have not yet completed the Application for Financial Assistance for their employees, beneficiaries under the criteria of Government Decree No. 305 of April 16, 2020, as amended, that\u00a0<strong>The penalty-free online application deadline is June 5, 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the event that the application is not submitted by June 5, 2020, any entity that has not completed the Request for employees or former employees who meet the criteria for financial assistance provided by the Albanian Government,\u00a0<strong>will be fined an amount of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek,<\/strong>\u00a0in implementation of Normative Act No. 3 of March 15, 2020, \u201cOn the adoption of special administrative measures during the period of infection caused by COVID-19,\u201d as amended.<\/p>\n<p>All taxpayers who have treated their employees or former employees as fully salaried will not be subject to this penalty.
