{"id":12966,"date":"2020-09-30T17:02:17","date_gmt":"2020-09-30T17:02:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alprofitconsult.al\/?p=12966"},"modified":"2020-09-30T17:02:17","modified_gmt":"2020-09-30T17:02:17","slug":"notification-for-updating-taxpayer-address-data-in-e-filing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alprofitconsult.al\/en\/njoftim-per-perditesim-ne-e-filing-te-te-dhenave-te-adresave-te-tatimpaguesve\/","title":{"rendered":"Notification regarding an update to e-filing of taxpayer address data"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Tax Administration informs taxpayers that they must update their data in the e-filing system, regarding any address or place of business activity previously registered in accordance with the applicable tax legislation.<\/p>\n<p>On the electronic filing account, e-filing on tatime.gov.al, in the menu E-filing My\/ My Profile\/ Address, as of October 1, 2020, you will have the opportunity to, with a few simple steps, fill in the required information regarding the ownership of the premises where you conduct your activity, the relevant document, the surface area, the nature of the activity, as well as provide data on contracts concluded for the supply of water and electricity.<\/p>\n<p>The above requests are based on the requirements of the Law <a href=\"https:\/\/alprofitconsult.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Ligj-Nr.9920-dat\u00eb-19.05.2008-P\u00ebr-pro\u00e7edurat-tatimore-n\u00eb-Republik\u00ebn-e-Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb-i-ndryshuar.pdf\">no. 9920 dated 05.19.2008<\/a> \u201cOn Tax Procedures\u201d, amended, Article 23, paragraph 1, as well as <a href=\"https:\/\/alprofitconsult.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Ligji-nr.-87-dt.-18.12.2019-P\u00ebr-Fatur\u00ebn-dhe-Sistemin-e-Monitorimit-t\u00eb-Qarkullimit.pdf\">Law no. 87\/2019<\/a> \u201cof the invoice and circulation monitoring system,\u201d based on which the Tax Administration requests detailed information from each taxpayer regarding every registered address or place of business operations.<\/p>\n<p>The Tax Administration calls on all taxpayers to immediately and voluntarily update the requested information by November 1, 2020. Failure to provide this information will be considered an administrative offense.<\/p>\n<p>For any questions or information needed, you can contact the Call Center during the following hours: 08:00 \u2013 16:30 Monday \u2013 Thursday and 08:00 \u2013 14:00 Friday.
