{"id":13134,"date":"2021-01-13T22:42:55","date_gmt":"2021-01-13T22:42:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alprofitconsult.al\/?p=13134"},"modified":"2021-01-13T22:42:55","modified_gmt":"2021-01-13T22:42:55","slug":"notice-of-change-to-the-regime-of-existing-fiscal-devices","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alprofitconsult.al\/en\/njoftim-per-ndryshimin-e-regjimit-te-pajisjeve-fiskale-ekzistuese\/","title":{"rendered":"Notice regarding the change in the regime of existing fiscal devices"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The General Directorate of Taxes brings to the attention of all taxpayers, who, pursuant to the Council of Ministers' Decision <a href=\"https:\/\/alprofitconsult.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/vendim-2020-07-22-576.pdf\">No. 576, dated July 22, 2020,<\/a> meet the conditions for not being part of the VAT scheme, that they must be submitted:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to the companies with which they have contracted for the maintenance of existing fiscal devices, in order to change the VAT regime.<\/li>\n<li>at the Regional Tax Directorates, to obtain a Block of Simple Tax Invoices, Model 4.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Alternatively, all taxpayers who make cash sales and simultaneously meet the conditions of point 1 of Decree No.<a href=\"https:\/\/alprofitconsult.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/VKM-Nr.220-date-12.3.2020-Kategoria-e-tatimpaguesve-dhe-procedura-e-thjeshtuar-e-fiskalizimit.pdf\"> 220 date 03\/12\/2020<\/a> \u201cFor the determination of the category of taxpayers and the criteria for using the simplified fiscalization procedure, as amended, they may use the platform.\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/efiskalizimi-app.tatime.gov.al\/self-care\/\">SelfCare<\/a>, which is free, without needing to use and maintain existing fiscal devices.<\/p>\n<p>Terms of Use <a href=\"https:\/\/efiskalizimi-app.tatime.gov.al\/self-care\/\">SelfCare<\/a> for cash sales, which must be fulfilled by taxpayers, according to the aforementioned Government Decree, are:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>They are not subject to value-added tax.;<\/li>\n<li>They have tax obligations under the simplified profit tax for small businesses.;<\/li>\n<li>They do not have more than one location where they conduct business activities.<\/li>\n<li>They have the legal status \u201cNatural person\u201d and the employment category \u201cSole proprietor.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>For more information, you can contact Taxpayer Services.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tatime.gov.al\/c\/9\/157\/drejtorite-rajonale\">https:\/\/www.tatime.gov.al\/c\/9\/157\/drejtorite-rajonale<\/a>\u00a0, call the toll-free green number\u00a0<strong>0800 00 02<\/strong>\u00a0near the Call Center, as well as to use the Live Chat service on the official DPT website.<\/p>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tatime.gov.al\/d\/8\/45\/45\/1496\/njoftim-per-ndryshimin-e-regjimit-te-pajisjeve-fiskale-ekzistuese\">General Directorate of Taxes.<\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>We are here to help and will always make time to answer any of your questions.
