Why do we need fiscalization?<\/h1>\n<\/div>\n

It's not a new tax.<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 The Law No. 87\/2019 \u201cOn the Invoice and the Monitoring System of Turnover\u201d<\/a>\u00a0And the changes it brings do not produce any alteration in the current tax scheme. For all taxpayers who declare and pay these obligations, there is no change in the burden of their liabilities.<\/p>\n

Fiscalization focuses on those who do not declare and do not pay their obligations in accordance with the law. With this new financial reporting process, we ensure better oversight and more efficient tax inspections, while giving every citizen the opportunity to verify whether the taxes they pay on goods and services are declared in the tax system.<\/p>\n
