T\u00ebrheqja e k\u00ebtij dokumentacioni nga tatimpaguesit, pran\u00eb Drejtorive Rajonale, ku ata jan\u00eb t\u00eb regjistruar, do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb kryhet deri n\u00eb dat\u00ebn <strong>15.08.2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Inkurajojm\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb tatimpaguesit, q\u00eb kryejn\u00eb transaksione shitjeje pa para n\u00eb dor\u00eb kundrejt tatimpaguesve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb dhe nuk e kan\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatur (krijuar) ende infrastruktur\u00ebn e nevojshme p\u00ebr procesin e Fiskalizimit, t\u00eb kryejn\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb procedurat e duhura, pasi me hyrjen n\u00eb fuqi t\u00eb faz\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb Fiskalizimit, prej dat\u00ebs 1 korrik 2021, kan\u00eb detyrimin ligjor p\u00ebr t\u2019i fiskalizuar k\u00ebto transaksione.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebta tatimpagues do t\u00eb do t\u00eb vijojn\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin dokumentacion tatimor t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb nga DRT e juridiksionit dhe do t\u00eb asistohen nga punonj\u00ebsit e administrat\u00ebs tatimore n\u00eb vendushtrimin e aktivitetit, me q\u00ebllim plot\u00ebsimin e detyrimeve ligjore p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs t\u00eb parashikuar nga <a href=\"https:\/\/alprofitconsult.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/AN-nr.-27-ddate-01.07.2021-per-nje-shtese-ne-ligjin-nr.9920-date-19.05.2008-ne-lidhje-me-shtyrjen-e-zbatimit-te-sanksioneve-Per-Faturimin-dhe-Sistemin-e-Monitorimit-te-Qarkullimit.pdf\">Akti Normativ Nr.27, dat\u00eb 01.07.2021 \u201cP\u00ebr nj\u00eb shtes\u00eb n\u00eb ligjin nr.9920, dat\u00eb 19.5.2008,<\/a> \u201cP\u00ebr procedurat tatimore n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d, t\u00eb ndryshuar.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>T\u00eb gjith\u00eb tatimpaguesit t\u00eb cil\u00ebt rezultojn\u00eb me zbatim efektiv t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb fisklizimit do t\u00eb l\u00ebshojn\u00eb vet\u00ebm fatura t\u00eb fiskalizura, por n\u00ebse do t\u00eb ken\u00eb probleme teknike t\u00eb parashikuar nga Udh\u00ebzimi <a href=\"https:\/\/alprofitconsult.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/UDHEZIM-Nr.-16-date-3.4.-2020-PER-FATUREN-DHE-SISTEMIN-E-MONITORIMIT-TE-QARKULLIMIT-2.pdf\">Nr. 16, dat\u00eb 3.4. 2020 \u201cP\u00ebr fatur\u00ebn dhe sistemin e monitorimit t\u00eb qarkullimit\u201d,<\/a> i ndryshuar, do t\u00eb pajisen me dokumentacion tatimor n\u00eb DRT e juridiksionit.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu ju b\u00ebjm\u00eb me dije se, p\u00ebr efekt t\u00eb njohjes s\u00eb shpenzimeve faturat tatimore t\u00eb l\u00ebshuara n\u00eb zbatim t\u00eb Ligjit <a href=\"https:\/\/alprofitconsult.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Ligji-nr.-87-dt.-18.12.2019-P\u00ebr-Fatur\u00ebn-dhe-Sistemin-e-Monitorimit-t\u00eb-Qarkullimit.pdf\">Nr.87\/2019 \u201cP\u00ebr fatur\u00ebn dhe sistemin e monitorimit t\u00eb qarkullimit\u201d,<\/a> i ndryshuar, si dhe Ligjit <a href=\"https:\/\/alprofitconsult.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Ligj-Nr-92-2014-date-24.7.2014-Per-tatimin-mbi-vleren-e-shtuar-ne-Republiken-e-Shqiperise-i-ndryshuar.pdf\">Nr.92\/2014 \u201cP\u00ebr tatimin mbi vler\u00ebn e shtuar n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d<\/a> i ndryshuar, do t\u00eb vijojn\u00eb t\u00eb njihen p\u00ebr rastet kur zbatimi i procesit i fiskalizimit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb zbatuar p\u00ebr shkaqe t\u00eb pavarura nga tatimpaguesit.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>P\u00ebr \u00e7do paqart\u00ebsi, pyetje apo informacion t\u00eb nevojsh\u00ebm ju mund t\u00eb kontaktoni Sh\u00ebrbimin p\u00ebr Tatimpaguesit n\u00eb \u00e7do DRT si dhe mund t\u00eb kontaktoni Qendr\u00ebn e Thirrjeve n\u00eb numrin pa pages\u00eb 0800 0002<\/p>\n<p>Source: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tatime.gov.al\/d\/8\/45\/45\/1630\/njoftim-ne-lidhje-me-perdorimin-e-dokumentacionit-tatimor\">General Directorate of Taxes.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Drejtoria e P\u00ebrgjithshme e Tatimeve informon tatimpaguesit se p\u00ebrdorimi i dokumentacionit tatimor ekzistues do t\u00eb vijoj\u00eb deri n\u00eb dat\u00ebn 31.08.2021.
