For applicants interested in pursuing the 2022 professional internship,

Based on Articles 15 and 16 of Law No. 10091 of March 5, 2009 \u201cOn Legal Auditing, the Organization of the Profession of the Legal Auditor and the Certified Accountant\u201d<\/a> (as amended), candidates who wish to enroll in the professional internship to obtain the title of Legal Auditor must submit their application to IEKA during the period\u00a0November 1 to 15, 2021<\/strong>\u00a0the documents below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Written application for admission to professional practice addressed to the Committee for Continuing Education and Professional Qualification (KEKV).;<\/li>
  2. Updated CV;<\/li>
  3. Identity card (copy);<\/li>
  4. High school diploma (notarized), which includes:
    a) Bachelor's degree (3-year) and Master's degree\u201c1<\/sup>\u00a0or;
    b) Integrated second-cycle degree or;
    c) Diplomas equivalent to them.
    Diplomas in point 4(a)(b)(c) in accordance with the categorizations made in Law No. 10307 of July 22, 2010 \u201cFor Higher Education in the Republic of Albania\u201d as amended shall cover each of the fields of study in the economic sciences, such as accounting, finance, business administration, economics, or their equivalents.<\/li>
  5. List of grades (notarized) for each diploma;<\/li>
  6. Proof of penalty;<\/li>
  7. Professional internship agreement with a three-year full-time contract.<\/a>;<\/li>
  8. The notarized declaration stating that the candidate does not have any full-time employment relationship with other employers, as of\u00a0January 1, 2022<\/strong>;<\/li>
  9. Individual employment contract with the professional practice supervisor (based on the Labor Code of the Republic of Albania);<\/li>
  10. Payment mandate for the 4,000 lek application fee.;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
