Albanian citizens can register through their Personal Identification Number, which they can find on their identity card or passport. Foreign citizens can register through the Identification Number with which they were issued when obtaining their residence permit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"How to register on the Albanian government portal\" width=\"1150\" height=\"647\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/8GHlDThs6Cg?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>After the portal has been opened&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/e-albania.al\/\">www.e-albania.al<\/a>&nbsp;The following steps should be followed: a. Click \u201cRegister\u201d:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/e-albania.al\/images\/register_step_1.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>b. Fill out all specified information on the registration form:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/e-albania.al\/images\/register_step_2.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>User Personal Identification Number (NID): It is the personal identification number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Identification document expiry date: Enter the expiry date of the identification card in the format day.month.year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Password: Ensure the password is between 8 and 12 characters long and does not start or end with spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Email: The account activation link and all notifications regarding your applications will be sent to this address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mobile phone number: Please ensure it is entered in the correct format. For Albanian numbers, the format is \u201906xxxxxxxx\u2019, while for numbers outside Albania, the correct format is \u20180044\/0039\/0032xxxxxxxx\u2019, depending on the country you live in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal data (Name, Surname, Father's Name, Mother's Name, Birthdate): Care must be taken to ensure that all data is accurate and matches the Civil Registry data.<em>Be careful with data that may contain \u201c\u00eb\u201d or \u201c\u00e7\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you continue to have difficulties registering even after verifying your data at the Civil Registry, contact the helpdesk at login@e-albania.al. c. Enter the four-digit code sent via SMS to your phone number and click on the activation link at your e-mail address to activate your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For further assistance with the registration procedure on the unique government portal e-Albania, follow this illustrative video:\u00a0<strong><u><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/eJPXOcp5PJE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Click here<\/a><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For every Albanian citizen or foreigner who owns or manages a business, e-Albania offers the opportunity to register their business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the case of Albanian citizens and foreigners with residence permits, registration can be done through personal accounts on the portal. After registering as an individual and identifying yourself on the e-Albania portal, you can register your business on the main page by clicking \u201cRegister a Business\u201d.
