The same categories, the same obligations, despite the entry into force of the new \u201cIncome Tax\u201d law, the effects of which for this declaration will be felt in 2025, when individuals file DIVA for the 2024 fiscal year.<br>Individ\u00ebt rezident\u00eb dhe jo rezident\u00eb, q\u00eb gjat\u00eb vitit 2023 kan\u00eb pag\u00eb bruto vjetore mbi 2,000,000 lek\u00eb apo ata, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb dypun\u00ebsuar, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn p\u00ebr nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb tatimore brenda vitit, t\u00eb plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb \u201cDeklarat\u00ebn individuale vjetore t\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave\u201d, si detyrim ligjor i individit, subjekt i deklarimit.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>We emphasize that they are not filers of the Annual Individual Income Statement.
