Pika 1 ndryshohet si m\u00eb posht\u00eb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201c1. \u201cAgjenci udh\u00ebtimi\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7do person fizik ose juridik, i cili, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb ose si nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebs, merr p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr t\u2019u ofroj\u00eb turist\u00ebve dhe personave t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, si individ\u00eb apo t\u00eb organizuar n\u00eb grup, sh\u00ebrbimet e p\u00ebrcaktuara n\u00eb nenin 47 t\u00eb k\u00ebtij ligji. Agjencia e udh\u00ebtimit zhvillon veprimtarin\u00eb e saj bazuar n\u00eb kontrata nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsimi p\u00ebr shitjen e sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb ofruara nga furnizuesit e sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb udh\u00ebtimit dhe\/ose kontrata konsulence me konsumatorin.\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>2. N\u00eb pik\u00ebn 20 fjal\u00ebt \u201cpersoni fizik dhe juridik\u201d z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohen me fjal\u00ebt \u201cpersoni fizik ose juridik\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Pas pik\u00ebs 55 shtohen pikat 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69 dhe 70 me k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201c56. \u201cApartament\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebsi banimi, e destinuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb ofruar sh\u00ebrbime akomodimi p\u00ebr turist\u00ebt, e p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb minimalisht nga nj\u00eb dhom\u00eb ndenjeje ose kuzhin\u00eb, nj\u00eb ose m\u00eb shum\u00eb dhoma gjumi dhe me t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn nj\u00eb tualet.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>57. \u201cBllok apartamentesh\u201d jan\u00eb dy ose m\u00eb shum\u00eb apartamente, t\u00eb cilat menaxhohen nga i nj\u00ebjti sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebs turistik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>58. \u201cDhom\u00eb\u201d n\u00ebnkupton nj\u00eb nj\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtese rezidenciale ose e nj\u00eb nj\u00ebsie banimi, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ofrohet sh\u00ebrbimi i akomodimit p\u00ebr turist\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>59. \u201cVil\u00eb\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb me oborr dhe hap\u00ebsir\u00eb kopshti, e destinuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb ofruar sh\u00ebrbime akomodimi p\u00ebr turist\u00ebt n\u00eb zona turistike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>60. \u201cStruktur\u00eb akomoduese e trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb kulturore\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb struktura e p\u00ebrcaktuar si pasuri kulturore n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me legjislacionin p\u00ebr trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb kulturore dhe q\u00eb kategorizohet, p\u00ebr sa \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur, sipas p\u00ebrcaktimeve t\u00eb legjislacionit t\u00eb turizmit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>61. \u201cHotel i shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb akomoduese, i cili ofron sh\u00ebrbimet e mikpritjes p\u00ebr vizitor\u00ebt, i p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga sht\u00ebpi, apartamente ose dhoma t\u00eb vendosura n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtesa t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta, ekzistuese, af\u00ebr nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebs, t\u00eb menaxhuara nga i nj\u00ebjti sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebs turistik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>62. \u201cKalendari turistik i aktiviteteve zbavit\u00ebse\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb programi gjith\u00ebvjetor, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin t\u00eb gjitha ngjarjet kulturore, t\u00eb tradit\u00ebs, sportive dhe natyrore, t\u00eb cilat ofrojn\u00eb zbavitje dhe k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi p\u00ebr turist\u00ebt n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb territorin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Ky kalendar publikohet \u00e7do vit n\u00eb faqen zyrtare t\u00eb ministris\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr turizmin dhe t\u00eb institucionit p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr promovimin e turizmit, si dhe n\u00eb platformat online t\u00eb menaxhuara prej tij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>63. \u201cPlazh\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb hap\u00ebsira me r\u00ebr\u00eb, zhavorr apo shk\u00ebmb, q\u00eb shtrihet n\u00eb buz\u00eb t\u00eb ujit t\u00eb detit, lumit ose liqenit, e identifikuar si e p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr zon\u00eb \u00e7lodhjeje, arg\u00ebtuese dhe q\u00eb konsiderohet e parrezikshme nga pik\u00ebpamja sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore apo e siguris\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorim nga pushuesit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>64. \u201cPlazh i lejuar\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb plazhi i p\u00ebrcaktuar si i till\u00eb nga organet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin lejohet t\u00eb ushtrohet veprimtaria e stacionit t\u00eb plazhit, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me k\u00ebrkesat e k\u00ebtij ligji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>65. \u201cSip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebs turistik\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb personi fizik ose juridik, i krijuar sipas legjislacionit n\u00eb fuqi p\u00ebr tregtar\u00ebt dhe shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb tregtare, i cili kryen veprimtari n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e turizmit.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>66. \u201cShteg turistik\u201d n\u00ebnkupton nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb kryesisht t\u00eb pashtruar dhe me nj\u00eb sfond natyror, e pajisur me sinjalistik\u00ebn dhe me insfrastruktur\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb mund\u00ebsuar ecjen ose kalimin p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb apo drejt vendndodhjeve t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta me interes turistik, me q\u00ebllim krijimin e eksperiencave rekreative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>67. \u201cShtegmbajt\u00ebs\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb personi i trajnuar, i cili ka p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi p\u00ebr administrimin dhe mir\u00ebmbajtjen e shtigjeve turistike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>68. \u201cVrojtues plazhi\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb personi i kualifikuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebtuar jet\u00ebn n\u00eb uj\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb ndihm\u00ebn e par\u00eb mjek\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>69. \u201cUj\u00ebra t\u00eb brendshme\u201d ka kuptimin e dh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb ligjin p\u00ebr aktivitetet e turizmit detar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>70. \u201cZon\u00eb bregujore\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb zona q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin vij\u00ebn bregdetare, hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn detare dhe uj\u00ebrat e brendshme t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat zhvillohen aktivitete turistike.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neni 3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Neni 8 ndryshohet si m\u00eb posht\u00eb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNeni 8<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Institucionet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e turizmit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Institucionet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e turizmit jan\u00eb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) ministria p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr turizmin;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) Agjencia Komb\u00ebtare e Turizmit;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) Agjencia Komb\u00ebtare e Bregdetit;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00e7) nj\u00ebsit\u00eb e qeverisjes vendore.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neni 4<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Neni 10, shfuqizohet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neni 5<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas nenit 11 shtohet neni 11\/1 me k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNeni 11\/1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Komiteti p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat statistikore n\u00eb turiz\u00ebm<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Komiteti p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat statistikore n\u00eb turiz\u00ebm krijohet si nj\u00eb organ koordinues pran\u00eb ministris\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr turizmin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Komiteti kryesohet nga ministri p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr turizmin dhe ka n\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebrje t\u00eb tij p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga institucionet qendrore dhe vendore, veprimtaria e t\u00eb cil\u00ebve lidhet me t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e turizmit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;3. P\u00ebrb\u00ebrja, m\u00ebnyra e organizimit dhe funksionimit, si dhe detyrat e komitetit miratohen me vendim t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Ministrave, me propozim t\u00eb ministrit p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr turizmin.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neni 6<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Neni 14 ndryshohet si m\u00eb posht\u00eb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNeni 14<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Funksionet dhe kompetencat e Agjencis\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Turizmit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agjencia Komb\u00ebtare e Turizmit ka k\u00ebto funksione dhe kompetenca:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Zbaton politikat e qeveris\u00eb p\u00ebr marketingun n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e turizmit, duke promovuar sektorin e turizmit n\u00eb nivel komb\u00ebtar dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet organizimit t\u00eb panaireve, pjes\u00ebmarrjes n\u00eb panaire nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe aktiviteteve t\u00eb tjera me karakter promovues, me q\u00ebllim krijimin e imazhit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, si destinacion turistik n\u00eb tregun nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Ofron informacion p\u00ebr vizitor\u00ebt, udh\u00ebtar\u00ebt dhe turist\u00ebt p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbimet turistike q\u00eb ofrohen, p\u00ebr produktet dhe destinacionet turistike, p\u00ebr veprimtari e t\u00eb dh\u00ebna t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb dobishme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Promovon produktin dhe destinacionet turistike brenda e jasht\u00eb vendit, duke bashk\u00ebpunuar me zyrat rajonale t\u00eb turizmit, pushtetin vendor dhe organizma t\u00eb tjer\u00eb q\u00eb operojn\u00eb n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e turizmit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Promovon investimet n\u00eb zonat me prioritet zhvillimin e turizmit, duke bashk\u00ebpunuar me institucionet e tjera publike t\u00eb nxitjes s\u00eb investimeve n\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Nd\u00ebrmerr dhe nxit projekte p\u00ebr turizmin sipas fush\u00ebs s\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb, duke marr\u00eb miratimin paraprak t\u00eb ministris\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr turizmin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Propozon dhe harton produktet me karakter promocional n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me tendencat e tregut turistik dhe realizon prodhimin e tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Zbaton Strategjin\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Turizmit p\u00ebr marketingun e sektorit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. I propozon ministrit p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr turizmin ndryshimin e akteve ligjore e n\u00ebnligjore n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e turizmit, duke argumentuar arsyet q\u00eb lidhen me k\u00ebto propozime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9. Monitoron, p\u00ebrmir\u00ebson dhe p\u00ebrdit\u00ebson faqet zyrtare t\u00eb promocionit t\u00eb turizmit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10. Mbledh t\u00eb ardhurat q\u00eb realizohen nga marr\u00ebveshjet e qiras\u00eb p\u00ebr sip\u00ebrfaqet e dh\u00ebna n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorim p\u00ebr zhvillimin e turizmit dhe b\u00ebn derdhjen e tyre n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me parashikimet e legjislacionit n\u00eb fuqi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11. Kontrollon zbatimin dhe plot\u00ebsimin e kritereve p\u00ebr marr\u00ebveshjet ekzistuese t\u00eb qiras\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr marr\u00ebveshjet e zhvillimit t\u00eb lidhura me subjektet \u201cperson i stimuluar\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12. Harton n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me institucionet qendrore, nj\u00ebsit\u00eb e vet\u00ebqeverisjes vendore dhe grupet e interesit n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e turizmit, kalendarin turistik t\u00eb aktiviteteve zbavit\u00ebse dhe koordinon realizimin e tij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>13. Planifikon, koordinon, orienton dhe promovon kalendarin turistik, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb ngjarjet kulturore, t\u00eb tradit\u00ebs, sportive dhe natyrore, q\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb zbavitje dhe k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi p\u00ebr turist\u00ebt n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb territorin e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>14. Financon nga fondi buxhetor i miratuar p\u00ebr \u00e7do vit realizimin e projekteve dhe ngjarjeve me karakter krijues e me objekt t\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb tyre turizmin, si dhe atyre q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb kalendarin turistik, pas miratimit t\u00eb ministrit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>15. Krijon t\u00eb ardhura dyt\u00ebsore nga pagesat e subjekteve t\u00eb interesuara p\u00ebr promovimin e aktiviteteve dhe p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbimet turistike n\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat e menaxhuara nga Agjencia Komb\u00ebtare e Turizmit. Procedura e mbledhjes dhe e p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre t\u00eb ardhurave miratohet me udh\u00ebzimin e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb ministrit p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr turizmin dhe t\u00eb ministrit p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr financat.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neni 7<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;N\u00eb nenin 15 pika 1 ndryshohet si m\u00eb posht\u00eb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c1. Procedura e prokurimit publik p\u00ebr sigurimin e sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb pastrimit t\u00eb zon\u00ebs bregujore b\u00ebhet nga AKB-ja, duke zbatuar legjislacionin n\u00eb fuqi p\u00ebr prokurimin publik;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e) kryerjen e inspektimeve p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha veprimtarit\u00eb turistike n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me parashikimet e k\u00ebtij ligji dhe t\u00eb legjislacionit n\u00eb fuqi p\u00ebr inspektimin dhe marrjen e masave administrative p\u00ebr shkeljet e konstatuara;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00eb) ushtrimin e \u00e7do p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsie tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar me ligj apo n\u00eb aktin n\u00ebnligjor.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neni 10<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb nenin 20, pika 2, shkronja \u201cc\u201d, fjal\u00ebt \u201cministrin dhe AKT-n\u00eb\u201d z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohen me fjal\u00ebt \u201cministrin\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr turizmin\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neni 11<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas nenit 28 shtohet neni 28\/1 me k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNeni 28\/1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Standardizimi dhe administrimi i shtigjeve turistike<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ministri p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr turizmin miraton rregulloren p\u00ebr standardizimin dhe administrimin e shtigjeve turistike. Rregullorja p\u00ebrcakton rregullat p\u00ebr regjistrimin dhe kategorizimin e shtigjeve turistike, sinjalistik\u00ebn, projektimin, hapjen dhe mir\u00ebmbajtjen e tyre, t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat p\u00ebr shtigjet, nd\u00ebrhyrjet, rregullat e sjelljes s\u00eb vizitor\u00ebve t\u00eb shtigjeve, organet p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse, rregullat p\u00ebr trajnimin e shtegmbajt\u00ebsve, si dhe \u00e7do aspekt tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb lidhet me standardizimin dhe administrimin e shtigjeve turistike.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neni 12<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Neni 31 ndryshohet si m\u00eb posht\u00eb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNeni 31<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Financimi i projekteve dhe veprimtarive n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e turizmit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Ministria p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr turizmin dhe Agjencia Komb\u00ebtare e Turizmit financojn\u00eb nga fondi buxhetor i miratuar \u00e7do vit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) projekte t\u00eb paraqitura nga persona fizik\u00eb, juridik\u00eb, vendas ose t\u00eb huaj, q\u00eb kan\u00eb n\u00eb objekt t\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb tyre fush\u00ebn e turizmit;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) projekte dhe veprimtari n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e turizmit, q\u00eb konsiderohen t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb dhe q\u00eb kan\u00eb nj\u00eb buxhet q\u00eb arrin mbi 50% t\u00eb fondit vjetor p\u00ebr projekte;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) projekte dhe veprimtari t\u00eb ideuara dhe t\u00eb propozuara nga vet\u00eb ministria p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr turizmin dhe nga Agjencia Komb\u00ebtare e Turizmit n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e turizmit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Ky fond nuk i n\u00ebnshtrohet legjislacionit t\u00eb prokurimit publik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. P\u00ebr realizmin e projekteve dhe veprimtarive n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e turizmit, skema e financimit mbulon deri n\u00eb 100% t\u00eb kostove t\u00eb miratuara t\u00eb projektit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Procedurat dhe kriteret q\u00eb ndiqen p\u00ebr financimin e projekteve, sipas shkronj\u00ebs \u201cb\u201d t\u00eb pik\u00ebs 1 t\u00eb k\u00ebtij neni miratohen me vendim t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Ministrave.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neni 13<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas nenit 31 shtohen nenet 31\/1, 31\/2 dhe 31\/3 me k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtje:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNeni 31\/1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Miratimi i projekteve dhe veprimtarive n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e turizmit nga ministria p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse<\/strong> <strong>p\u00ebr turizmin<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Miratimi i projekteve dhe veprimtarive n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e turizmit b\u00ebhet nga ministri p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr turizmin, me propozimin e kolegjiumit, t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga 5 n\u00ebpun\u00ebs t\u00eb administrat\u00ebs publike t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb lart\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mes\u00ebm, drejtues t\u00eb strukturave p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse, q\u00eb mbulojn\u00eb fush\u00ebn e turizmit n\u00eb ministrin\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr turizmin, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebrcaktohen me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb ministrit p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr turizmin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Kriteret dhe afatet n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebrkes\u00ebpropozimet p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetje financiare, t\u00eb parashikuara n\u00eb shkronjat \u201ca\u201d dhe \u201cc\u201d t\u00eb pik\u00ebs 1 t\u00eb nenit 31 t\u00eb k\u00ebtij ligji, p\u00ebrcaktohen me udh\u00ebzim t\u00eb ministrit p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr turizmin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neni 31\/2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kompetencat e kolegjiumit n\u00eb ministrin\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr turizmin<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Kolegjiumi ka k\u00ebto kompetenca:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) p\u00ebrzgjedh dhe klasifikon projektet nga pik\u00ebpamja e vlerave promovuese, sociale dhe ekonomike, n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb turizmit;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) harton dhe i propozon ministrit p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr turizmin veprimtari dhe projekte n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e turizmit, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me p\u00ebrcaktimet e b\u00ebra n\u00eb nenin 31 t\u00eb k\u00ebtij ligji;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) nxit promovimin turistik komb\u00ebtar dhe i propozon ministrit p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr turizmin organizimin e eventeve promovuese komb\u00ebtare dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e turizmit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. M\u00ebnyra e funksionimit t\u00eb kolegjiumit p\u00ebrcaktohet n\u00eb rregulloren e miratuar nga ministri p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr turizmin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neni 31\/3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Miratimi i projekteve dhe veprimtarive n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e turizmit<\/strong> <strong>nga Agjencia Komb\u00ebtare e Turizmit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. P\u00ebr Agjencin\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Turizmit, miratimi i projekteve dhe veprimtarive n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e turizmit, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me kalendarin turistik t\u00eb aktiviteteve zbavit\u00ebse, b\u00ebhet me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb titullarit, pas propozimit nga kolegjiumi i institucionit p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Kolegjiumi ka n\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebrje jo m\u00eb pak se 3 n\u00ebpun\u00ebs ose punonj\u00ebs, t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb titullarit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. M\u00ebnyrat e funksionimit t\u00eb kolegjiumit pran\u00eb AKT-s\u00eb propozohen nga institucioni dhe miratohen me rregullore nga ministri p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs turizmin.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neni 14<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Neni 32, shfuqizohet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neni 15<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb nenin 33\/1 shkronja \u201ca\u201d ndryshohet si m\u00eb posht\u00eb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201ca) \u00ebsht\u00eb investitor n\u00eb nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb akomoduese me 4 ose 5 yje n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, q\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet sipas parashikimeve t\u00eb nenit 44 t\u00eb k\u00ebtij ligji dhe q\u00eb plot\u00ebson kriteret dhe kushtet p\u00ebr t\u2019u certifikuar sipas parashikimeve t\u00eb nenit 45 t\u00eb k\u00ebtij ligji.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Neni 16<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb nenin 33\/2 pika 2 ndryshohet si m\u00eb posht\u00eb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c2. Certifikata e kategorizimit t\u00eb struktur\u00ebs akomoduese \u00ebsht\u00eb pa afat dhe regjistrohet n\u00eb Regjistrin Qendror t\u00eb Turizmit, q\u00eb administrohet nga ministria p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr turizmin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>4. \u00c7do struktur\u00eb akomoduese gjat\u00eb ushtrimit t\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb ka detyrimin t\u00eb kryej\u00eb regjistrimin elektronik t\u00eb klient\u00ebve me t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat p\u00ebr numrin e vizitor\u00ebve, net\u00ebve t\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit, shtet\u00ebsin\u00eb, rezidenc\u00ebn, gjinin\u00eb dhe mosh\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>5. \u00c7do struktur\u00eb akomoduese gjat\u00eb ushtrimit t\u00eb veprimtaris\u00eb ka detyrimin t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb nj\u00eb ambient t\u00eb posa\u00e7\u00ebm e t\u00eb ve\u00e7uar p\u00ebr grumbullimin e mbetjeve dhe largimin e tyre, sipas rregullave t\u00eb parashikuara n\u00eb aktet e nxjerra nga pushteti vendor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsi turistik ka detyrimin t\u00eb deklaroj\u00eb kapacitetin e shfryt\u00ebzimit t\u00eb struktur\u00ebs akomoduese, i cili p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime tatimore nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb i vog\u00ebl se niveli minimal i shfryt\u00ebzimit.
