Pranvera Fagu n\u00ebnshkruan Marr\u00ebveshje Bashk\u00ebpunimi, e cila e vendos n\u00eb nj\u00eb nivel t\u00eb ri e t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar, nd\u00ebrveprimin mes dy institucioneve.<\/p>\n<p>Dy drejtueset theksuan se bashk\u00ebpunimi institucional midis pal\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb i domosdosh\u00ebm dhe i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm, pasi ndihmon n\u00eb zbatimin sa m\u00eb korrekt t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave dhe detyrimeve q\u00eb rrjedhin nga zbatimi korrekt i ligjit dhe koordinimin e veprimeve p\u00ebr pasqyrimin real t\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb subjekteve \/tatimpaguesve\u00a0 n\u00eb dosjen e tyre elektronike.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimet e k\u00ebsaj marr\u00ebveshjeje t\u00eb re bashk\u00ebpunimi
