Sono state pubblicate nella Gazzetta Ufficiale diverse modifiche relative a \u201cALCUNE MODIFICHE E INTEGRAZIONI ALLA DECISIONE N. 254 DEL CONSIGLIO DEI MINISTRI DEL 27.3.2020, \u201cPER LA DETERMINAZIONE DELLE PROCEDURE, DELLA DOCUMENTAZIONE E DELL'IMPORTO DEL SOSTEGNO FINANZIARIO A FAVORE DEI DIPENDENTI DI IMPRESE CON UN FATTURATO ANNUALE FINO A 14 MILIONI DI LEK\u00cb, SOSTEGNO ECONOMICO E CORRISPONSAZIONE DELLE INDENNIT\u00c0 DI DISOCCUPAZIONE DURANTE IL PERIODO DEL DISASTRO NATURALE, DICHIARATO A SEGUITO DEL COVID-19\u201d.<\/p>\n

In primo luogo, il fondo complessivo aumenta di 10%, passando da 5,8 miliardi di lek a 6,4 miliardi di lek.<\/p>\n

La richiesta di sostegno economico va presentata dal lavoratore autonomo o dipendente. Le persone che figurano in pi\u00f9 di un libro paga, qualora entrambe le attivit\u00e0 siano chiuse a causa delle misure restrittive, ricevono come sostegno economico solo un salario minimo. Nel caso in cui solo una delle attivit\u00e0 sia ritenuta ammissibile, il lavoratore che figura in pi\u00f9 di un libro paga non ricever\u00e0 l'assistenza finanziaria pari al salario minimo.<\/p>\n

I beneficiari dell'assistenza finanziaria sono i lavoratori autonomi o i dipendenti di soggetti con un fatturato annuo fino a 14.000.000 (quattordici milioni) di lek, suddivisi nelle seguenti categorie:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. a) persone fisiche che esercitano un'attivit\u00e0 autonoma;<\/li>\n
  2. b) i collaboratori familiari non retribuiti del commerciante persona fisica;<\/li>\n
  3. c) Dipendenti di imprese individuali;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    c) Dipendenti di persone giuridiche.<\/p>\n

    I lavoratori autonomi o dipendenti che nel 2019 hanno percepito un reddito lordo da lavoro dipendente superiore a 2.000.000 (due milioni) di lek\u00eb non hanno diritto all'assistenza finanziaria.\u201d<\/p>\n
