P\u00ebr shembull, nj\u00eb pages\u00eb prej 10,000 \u20ac mund t\u00eb tarifoheshte mbi 100 \u20ac p\u00ebr komision m\u00eb par\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa tani komisioni i lejuar maksimal \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm 3 \u20ac (p\u00ebr porosi online) ose 6 \u20ac (n\u00eb bank\u00eb). Kjo ul ndjesh\u00ebm kostot e bizneset q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb pagesa t\u00eb rregullta nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Shpejt\u00ebsi t\u00eb lart\u00eb<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Transfertat standard SEPA kryhen brenda 1-2 dit\u00ebsh pune, nd\u00ebrsa skema\u00a0Instant SEPAmund\u00ebson arritjen e fondeve brenda disa sekondave (24\/7. Kjo do t\u00eb thjesht\u00ebsoj\u00eb flukset financiare: individ\u00ebt do t\u00eb marrin para nga Europa brenda nj\u00eb dite apo (p\u00ebrmes SEPA Instant) edhe n\u00eb &lt;10 sekonda, e bizneset nuk do t\u00eb presin disa dit\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrftimin e pagesave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hapja e tregjeve dhe platformave nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb SEPA hap dyer p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e platformave si\u00a0PayPal, Revolut, Wise\u00a0dhe t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin k\u00ebt\u00eb sistem K\u00ebto sh\u00ebrbime ju lejojn\u00eb t\u00eb kryeni transferta n\u00eb euro me kosto minimale dhe akses t\u00eb menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm n\u00eb fonde. P\u00ebr shembull, bizneset mund t\u00eb kursejn\u00eb qindra mij\u00eb euro n\u00eb vit nga ulja e tarifave p\u00ebr transaksionet n\u00eb euro. K\u00ebto kursime mund t\u00eb investohen p\u00ebr rritjen e prodhimit dhe zgjerimin n\u00eb eksport<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>P\u00ebr individ\u00ebt \u2013 thjesht\u00ebsi n\u00eb remitanca<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Individ\u00ebt q\u00eb d\u00ebrgojn\u00eb d\u00ebmshp\u00ebrblime n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nga Evropa (ose anasjelltas) do t\u00eb g\u00ebzojn\u00eb tarifa minimale dhe pagesa t\u00eb shpejta. N\u00eb praktik\u00eb, transferimet personale n\u00eb euro do t\u00eb jen\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb lehta dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrballueshme.\u00a0Gjithashtu, shfryt\u00ebzimi i DEBIT Direct SEPA (mandati q\u00eb zbatohet nga platformat e tilla si PayPal) lejon debitime automatike nga llogarit\u00eb bankare n\u00eb euro<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>P\u00ebr shembull, d\u00ebrgimi i 1,000 \u20ac nga gjerman\u00ebt te familjar\u00ebt n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet p\u00ebr vet\u00ebm disa euro komision (kjo nuk ishte e mundur p\u00ebrpara)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hapat q\u00eb duhen nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb nga bizneset dhe individ\u00ebt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfituar plot\u00ebsisht nga p\u00ebrfitimet e SEPA, duhen disa hapa praktik\u00eb:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hapja e llogaris\u00eb bankare n\u00eb euro<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>SEPA funksionon vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr transaksione n\u00eb euro, ndaj hapi i par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb keni nj\u00eb llogari bankare n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb monedh\u00eb. Shum\u00eb banka n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ofrojn\u00eb llogari n\u00eb euro; bisedoni me bank\u00ebn tuaj p\u00ebr ta lidhur at\u00eb me skemat SEPA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>P\u00ebrdorimi i kodave IBAN dhe BIC<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7do transfert\u00eb SEPA k\u00ebrkon p\u00ebrdorimin e formatit IBAN (International Bank Account Number) dhe kodit BIC t\u00eb bank\u00ebs K\u00ebto t\u00eb dh\u00ebna standarde nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare gjenden n\u00eb kontrat\u00ebn e llogaris\u00eb suaj dhe sigurojn\u00eb identifikimin unik t\u00eb llogaris\u00eb dhe bank\u00ebs. Pa plot\u00ebsimin korrekt t\u00eb IBAN\/BIC, transferta nuk mund t\u00eb realizohet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Shfryt\u00ebzimi i platformave q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin SEPA<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zgjidhni ofrues (apo platforma pagesash) q\u00eb integruar SEPA, si p.sh. ata t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendur m\u00eb lart. Duke lidhur llogarin\u00eb tuaj euro me k\u00ebto sh\u00ebrbime, do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb b\u00ebni transferta nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare me komisione minimale. Bizneset mund t\u00eb instalojn\u00eb k\u00ebto opsione n\u00eb sistemet e tyre t\u00eb pagesave p\u00ebr t\u00eb leht\u00ebsuar blerjet\/e-pagesat e huaja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Respektimi i rregulloreve tatimore<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Edhe pse infrastruktura e pagesave ndryshon, detyrimet fiskale mbeten t\u00eb nj\u00ebjta. \u00c7do pages\u00eb SEPA raportohet n\u00eb sistemin e taksave si \u00e7do pages\u00eb tjet\u00ebr. Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, bizneset dhe individ\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb regjistrojn\u00eb dhe deklarojn\u00eb n\u00eb librezat dhe deklaratat financiare t\u00eb gjitha transferta n\u00eb euro, sikur t\u00eb ishin transaksione komb\u00ebtare P\u00ebr shembull, pagesa e nj\u00eb produkti n\u00eb BE (p.sh. 5,000 \u20ac) duhet t\u00eb paraqitet dhe tatimohet sipas kodit tatimor, pa p\u00ebrjashtim. Kjo rrit transparenc\u00ebn fiskale dhe ulin aktivitetet e pad\u00ebshiruara me para n\u00eb dor\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Integrimi evropian dhe roli i Lekut<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>An\u00ebtar\u00ebsimi n\u00eb SEPA \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb \u201cviz\u00eb\u201d e fort\u00eb integrimi n\u00eb ekonomin\u00eb e BE-s\u00eb. Shqip\u00ebria tani ofron infrastruktur\u00eb t\u00eb pasqyruar me standardet e BE-s\u00eb, e cila e b\u00ebn vendin m\u00eb t\u00ebrheq\u00ebs p\u00ebr investitor\u00eb dhe leht\u00ebson tregtin\u00eb me vendet europiane. Nga 7 tetor 2025 pritet q\u00eb tarifat p\u00ebr pagesat nd\u00ebrkufitare n\u00eb euro t\u00eb barazohen me tarifat komb\u00ebtare, sipas Rregullores s\u00eb BE-s\u00eb 2021\/1230, duke siguruar q\u00eb bizneset shqiptare t\u00eb mos paguajn\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr p\u00ebr nj\u00eb transfert\u00eb jasht\u00eb vendit sesa p\u00ebr nj\u00eb transfert\u00eb brenda. N\u00eb praktik\u00eb, pagesa n\u00eb euro drejt BE-s\u00eb do t\u00eb duket pothuajse e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb sikur t\u00eb ishte pages\u00eb brenda vendit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, ndon\u00ebse kjo nxit p\u00ebrdorimin e euros dhe finansimin digjital, ajo mund t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb mbajtjen e balansit me monedh\u00ebn komb\u00ebtare. P\u00ebrdorimi m\u00eb i leht\u00eb i euros n\u00eb transaksionet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare mund t\u00eb zvog\u00ebloj\u00eb gradualisht dominimin e Lekut n\u00eb bizneset q\u00eb punojn\u00eb me BE, ndaj ekspert\u00ebt sugjerojn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmerret masa t\u00eb tjera p\u00ebr forcimin e Lekut. N\u00eb \u00e7do rast, facilitetet SEPA nuk i ndahen Lekut p\u00ebrdorim (Lek\u00ebt do t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdoren p\u00ebr tregtin\u00eb e brendshme), por b\u00ebjn\u00eb ekonomin\u00eb m\u00eb transparente dhe t\u00eb dixhitalizuar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u00ebrfundim<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Implementimi i SEPA sjell p\u00ebrfitime konkrete p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb:\u00a0bizneset shqiptare do t\u00eb kursejn\u00eb n\u00eb tarifa dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebhen m\u00eb konkurruese, nd\u00ebrsa individ\u00ebt do t\u00eb ken\u00eb mund\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb thjeshta p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebrguar dhe marr\u00eb para nga Evropa. Ky hap i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm drejt harmonizimit financiar europian modernizon m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si b\u00ebhen pagesat n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.
