About the Role
The Accountant position at AlProfit is not an isolated role, nor is it a routine desk job. It is an active role at the heart of client service, requiring constant collaboration with the team.
As part of our team, you will be involved in the daily management of accounting and tax matters, the preparation of financial statements and periodic reports, and continuous communication with clients. Above all, you will learn to understand business beyond documents and figures, seeing firsthand how your work directly influences their decision-making.
This role is open to both experienced candidates and those without prior work experience. We do not see a lack of experience as an obstacle, as long as the right human and professional qualities are present. Technical skills can be taught and improved; however, attitude, responsibility, and mindset are much harder to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily management of clients' accounting and tax matters.
- Recording sales and purchase transactions, issuing invoices, and tracking payments.
- Preparing financial statements and periodic reports.
- Performing tax filings according to legal deadlines.
- Maintaining constant communication with clients and following up on their requests.
- Organizing and conducting periodic client meetings (usually every three or six months).
- Implementing the work agenda and following up on ongoing matters.
- Ensuring correct documentation of work performed and adhering to internal procedures.
