No. The initial business registration service is a standalone service. It is negotiated separately due to the specific scope of work involved. It encompasses not only the registration itself, but also preliminary consulting, document preparation, the registration application, confirmation, and post-registration procedures—such as support with setting up corporate banking, and opening accounts on e-Albania and e-Tatime.

Which legal structure is best for my business?

It depends on the business activity, projected turnover, and number of partners. A Sole Proprietorship (Person Fizik) is simpler and has lower administrative costs, whereas an LLC (SHPK) offers greater legal protection and is better suited for growing businesses. During the initial consultation, we will jointly evaluate the best option for you.

How long does the registration process take?

Basic registration with the NBC is completed within 1–2 business days. Additional procedures, such as specific licenses or operating permits, may require extra time depending on the type of business activity.

Can a business be registered online without visiting the office?

Yes. Registration with the NBC is done entirely online through the government portal. We handle the entire process on your behalf without the need for your physical presence.

What documents are required for registration?
