This policy explains what data AlProfit Consult collects through the alprofitconsult.al website, how we use it, to whom we disclose it, and what rights you have over it.
AlProfit Consult has been offering accounting, tax advisory, and financial management services to businesses in Albania since 2015. For the purposes of this policy, we are the “controller” of the data collected through the alprofitconsult.al website. This policy applies to visitors to the site and to anyone who contacts us through it, via a form, popup, WhatsApp, or email. It does not cover the data of our existing clients under the accounting service contract, which are handled in accordance with the signed agreement and applicable accounting and tax legislation.
We do not sell your data or provide it to others for marketing purposes. To operate the site and communicate with you, we work with several well-known service providers, each in its own role:
Some of these providers are companies based outside Albania and the European Union, and may process data outside this region. In such cases, we rely on the protection mechanisms provided by these providers themselves (such as the EU's Standard Contractual Clauses).
We store data from contact forms or requests for quotes for up to 3 years from your last contact, unless you become a client. Email addresses subscribed to the newsletter are retained until you unsubscribe. Client documentation is kept in accordance with the retention periods required by applicable accounting and tax legislation. In any case, you may request the deletion of your data earlier, as explained in section 9.
Our site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/SSL) and Cloudflare protection against malicious access. Only members of our team who need it for their work have access to your data.
