Who we are
We know it well, because we started there too.
AlProfit Consult is an accounting firm in Tirana, founded in 2015. Today we are a team of about ten people and work as external economists for around two hundred businesses.
Over the years we learned that an office isn't held together by procedures but by the people who carry them out. Therefore, we documented how we work, assigned a mentor to each person, and established criteria that are clear to everyone.

It depends on the role. For Senior Accountant, yes, accounting work experience is required. For Accountant, Junior, and Intern positions, no. In those cases, we're more interested in the desire to learn and how you approach your work.
You will receive confirmation of receipt immediately. You will receive our decision on proceeding within two weeks. If the process continues, the two interviews are usually conducted within one month.
Yes, and the path is laid out. The transition from Accountant to Senior has well-defined criteria related to values, professional skills, and the capacity to handle larger clients.
The work is carried out from the office in Tirana. At first, this is important, because most of your learning comes from the colleagues who are close to you.
