AlProfit Consult is an accounting firm in Tirana, founded in 2015. Today we are a team of about ten people and work as external accountants for around two hundred Albanian, Italian, and English-speaking businesses.
The main difference from the Accountant's role isn't the volume of work; it's the responsibility for two things at once: the client relationship and the development of a junior colleague.
You are the person the client turns to when they have a decision to make, not just a document to file. And you are the person a junior accountant asks when they encounter a case they haven't seen before.
We are looking for someone who can explain a business's numbers, not just record them. A degree in economics or accounting and work experience in accounting are required.

Knowledge of English or Italian is a big advantage, because some of our clients speak these languages and you will use them every week.
Work is done in teams and with a plan. We don't believe in constant improvisation or in temporary solutions that create problems later. We prefer fewer tasks, but well-thought-out and executed properly.
The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We work with Odoo and AI tools in our daily work. Evaluations are conducted twice a year, with written criteria that are the same for everyone.
