The purpose of the Taxpayer Card is to build the connecting bridge between the Tax Administration and the taxpayers they serve, through mutual trust and respect.
In the Card are explained the rights and obligations of taxpayers, with the aim of promoting stronger relations between taxpayers and the Tax Administration as well as the spirit of voluntary payment of taxes, within legal deadlines.
The Card is addressed to every taxpayer, but also to every tax official, with the aim of recognizing, respecting and implementing mutual rights and obligations.
