Complaints from individuals for obtaining financial assistance will be received by the Taxpayer Service at the Regional Tax Directorates.

 The General Directorate of Taxation informs all interested parties who believe they may be beneficiaries of financial assistance according to the decision of the Council of Ministers no. 254 dated 27.03.2020, but whose application has been rejected, that they have the opportunity to submit their application/complaint by communicating via the email address of the Regional Directorate where they reside:

It is important that the request/complaint sent by individuals must contain the NIPT of the entity in which they are employed and have applied, as well as the respective NID of the individual, while the taxpayer in his request/complaint must include the NIPT of the entity.

The tax administration remains fully committed to correctly processing every request and continuing the rigorous implementation of this process, in the joint effort to best manage the emergency situation created by COVID-19.
