As part of the measures taken to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, with the aim of minimizing physical contact in our Service offices, The General Directorate of Taxes invites all taxpayers and interested individuals to use electronic communication methods to obtain the services they need:
- By applying online through the e-Albania portal for the following 11 services:

- By sending the request to the e-filing account, in the General Issues menu, for: changes or additions to tax obligations, for various certificates that cannot be accessed through the e-albania portal, or various information regarding tax legislation, etc.
