The General Directorate of Taxation informs taxpayers that they must electronically submit the analytical inventory as of 12/31/2020.
The inventory must contain information regarding raw materials, finished products, and goods for resale, detailed by unit, quantity, price, and value.
The above information, which is requested pursuant to the law no. 9920 dated 19.05.2008 “On Tax Procedures in the Republic of Albania”, as amended, Taxpayers“ obligation to provide information to the tax administration, according to article 60, must be uploaded electronically to e-Filing, in the ”My Matters“ section, by January 11, 2021.
The Tax Administration urges taxpayers to correctly fulfill this legal obligation within the deadline and avoid penalties.
