dentify yourself as a citizen in the e-Albania portal; – Choose the service “Application for residency certificate for individuals”; – Click the “Use” button; – Choose the state where the residency certificate will be deposited; – Choose the fiscal year for which the residency certificate is requested; – Click the “Send” button on the last page of the form; – After the processing of the request for the residency certificate by the Tax Directorate, you will be notified by e-mail about the approval or rejection of the request; You can find the completed certification with an electronic seal at any time in the “My documents” section in your space on the e-Albania portal.
