The General Directorate of Taxes informs taxpayers operating in the field of Information Technology that, as part of the fiscalization process, they may apply to be certified as a producer/maintainer of software solutions, based on and in compliance with the requirements of Government Decree No. 239, dated March 20, 2020 “Technical and functional requirements for the software solution for the invoicing and fiscalization procedure, as well as the procedure and criteria for registering the producers and maintainers of software solutions.”
The registration of software solution producers and maintainers has been enabled through online application on the platform. e-albania.
Once entities classified as part of the register of software producers or maintainers receive the electronic certificate, which will contain the producer's code/maintainer, as well as the code of the registered software solution, they will be registered in the public register of software producers or maintainers and will be able to offer their products/services in the market of the Republic of Albania.
