“Permit for the Movement Needs of Entities” is an electronic service that enables businesses to apply online for exit permits for their declared employees as well as for vehicle movement in order to continue their operations. The service offers three dedicated sections for obtaining “Travel Permits for Entity Needs” according to business specifications:
– “Transportation permit for staff” Enables obtaining the permit for the circulation of private companies' vehicles that transport employees along the home-work-home route.
– “Permit for circulation for the needs of entities” Allows the device to obtain permission to access various private or public services at any time within the official hours: 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
– “Permit for the circulation of services provided by entities” It enables the device to be issued an unlimited permit for businesses that offer 24-hour service. The duration of the circulation permit for the entities' needs is 7 days.

Steps of the procedure
– Register your business for NIPT on the e-Albania portal;
– Select the “Circulation Permit for Entity Needs” service;
– Click the “Use” button;
Choose one of three options that best fits your business profile.; -If you need a “Staff Transport Permit”: – Select the “Staff Transportation” option;
Submit the application by selecting the schedule and completing the information for the vehicles that will be used to transport the employees.;
The approval will be sent to the email address you used to register on the e-Albania portal.;
– If you want to use a different email, you need to change it in the “My Space” section by clicking: Change the account information. If you need a “Permit for Circulation for Entity Needs”: – Select the “Circulation for entity needs” option;
– Provide information on the vehicle list, the staff who will be relocated, and the reasons for the relocation.;
– Select the time slot in which the movement will take place, within the official time frame: 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM;
The approval will be sent to the email address you used to register on the e-Albania portal, and it is valid all week, from Monday to Saturday.;
– If you want to use a different email, you need to change it in the “My Space” section by clicking: Change the account information. If you need a “Permit for the Circulation of Entity Services”: – Select the “Circulation for Subject Services” option;
– Provide information on the list of vehicles, the staff members, and the reasons for the transfer.;
The approval will be sent to the email address you used to register on the e-Albania portal, and is valid only within the permitted time frame.;
– If you want to use a different email, you need to change it in the “My Space” section by clicking: Change the account information. This procedure also applies to state institutions. The head of the institution must identify himself on the portal as an individual. Then he must register the institution by completing the NIPT and any other required information. Finally, he follows the same procedure as above.
Caution! The police will verify in real time whether the employees of the entities have an authorized approval or not. Anyone who does not comply with the schedule and the email from e-Albania will be sanctioned by police officers in accordance with the articles provided in the Penal Code, which you can review at the end of your application.
