While the public consultation on the draft law continues “On the invoice and turnover monitoring system,“ with interest groups at the central and regional levels, all private entities in the IT sector interested in developing software applications under the Fiscalization project can now apply online for a test electronic certificate on the e-Albania portal.
The electronic test certificate is provided free of charge by the National Agency for Information Society and will be valid until December 31, 2019.
Applying for this certificate follows very simple steps and is completed within a short timeframe of no more than two days. You only need your NUIS/NIPT, which is required to identify you as a business on the e-Albania portal, and then select the “Application for Test Electronic Certificate” service.” https://e-albania.al/eAlbaniaServices/UseService.aspx?service_code=13378;
After following the steps shown, the Test Electronic Certificate will be sent to the email address you provided when registering your business on the e-Albania portal.
