Ju njoftojmë se mbështetur në nenin 15 dhe 16 të Ligjit 10091 datë 5.03.2009 “Për auditimin Ligjor, organizimin e profesionit të audituesit ligjor dhe të kontabilistit të miratuar” (i ndryshuar), kandidatët që dëshirojnë të regjistrohen në praktikën profesionale për të marrë titullin Auditues Ligjor, duhet të depozitojnë pranë IEKA-s, në periudhën 1 deri 15 Nëntor 2019 the documents below:
- Written application for admission to professional practice addressed to the Committee for Continuing Education and Professional Qualification (KEKV).;
- Updated CV;
- Identity card (copy);
- High school diploma (notarized), which includes:
a) Diplomë Bachelor (3-vjecare) dhe diplomë “Master” (Për Diplomën Bachelor dhe Master lëshuar nga Fakultetet e huaja duhet të dorëzohet edhe vërtetimi për njohjen nga Ministria e Arsimit Sportit dhe Rinisë), ose;
b) Integrated second-cycle degree or;
c) Diplomas equivalent to them.
Diplomas in point 4(a)(b)(c) in accordance with the categorizations made in Law No. 10307 of July 22, 2010 “For Higher Education in the Republic of Albania” as amended shall cover each of the fields of study in the economic sciences, such as accounting, finance, business administration, economics, or their equivalents. - List of grades (notarized) for each diploma;
- Proof of penalty;
- Professional internship agreement with a three-year full-time contract.;
- Deklaratën noteriale që tregon se kandidati nuk ka asnjë marrëdhënie punësimi me punëdhënës të tjere, duke filluar nga që nga 01 Janar 2020;
- Individual employment contract with the professional practice supervisor (based on the Labor Code of the Republic of Albania);
- Payment mandate for the 4,000 lek application fee.;
