As the public consultation on the draft law ““On the invoice and turnover monitoring system,” with interest groups at the central and regional levels, all private entities in the IT sector interested in developing software applications as part of the Fiscalization project can now apply online for a test electronic certificate on the e-Albania portal.
The test electronic certificate is provided free of charge by the National Agency of Information Society and will be valid until December 31, 2019.
The application for this certificate follows very simple steps and is completed within a short period of no more than two days. You only need your NUIS/NIPT, which is required to identify your business on the e-Albania portal, and then select the “Application for Test Electronic Certificate” service.” https://e-albania.al/eAlbaniaServices/UseService.aspx?service_code=13378;After following the steps shown, the Test Electronic Certificate will be sent to the email address you provided when registering your business on the e-Albania portal.
