The Call Center has doubled its awareness-raising communications via the toll-free green number. 0800 00 02, while for the period January–September 2019, 93,876 taxpayers were assisted, compared to 60,145 communications in the same period of 2018.
Call Center specialists have provided assistance to over 8,000 taxpayers, while approximately 86,000 others have been informed about tax deadlines and procedures, with the aim of avoiding penalties and ensuring accurate self-reporting.
Only through service Live Chat which is found on the official page www.tatime.gov.al 3,907 taxpayer requests have been answered.
The General Directorate of Taxes encourages taxpayers to use the services offered by the Call Center to obtain all necessary information in real time.
Our operators will provide you with real-time assistance from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM, and on Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM.
