For all citizens and businesses, logging into your e-Albania account going forward will be done by entering, in addition to your credentials, (NID/NIPT and password), and the 6-digit code (one-time password) that will be sent to your phone number each time you log in or change your password.
Citizens and businesses who have declared a foreign phone number in their portal account will receive the six-digit code by email at the address registered in their account.
If you cannot access your account on the portal and no longer have the phone number and email address registered to the account, contact us at [email protected] by setting the subject of your email as “Help accessing the account“.
