Obtaining Financial Assistance - How to correct incorrectly entered bank account details

The General Directorate of Taxes informs all taxpayers who, in the form Request for financial assistance, Package 1: employees who have received financial assistance and who have mistakenly filled in their bank account details (bank name and/or IBAN) can correct them by entering the correct information on the form they previously completed.

Data correction is only possible for individuals whose Financial Assistance Request has been approved and for whom the second-tier banks have not processed the transfer of the benefit amount to their accounts due to inaccurate bank account information.

Identifying the individuals for whom the Bank name and/or IBAN on the form need to be corrected is extremely simple; their payment status is Returned by the Bank for inaccuracy (we can change it depending on the status that will be set in the system)

After correcting the bank account data, no further verification will be necessary, and payment processing and the transfer of the 26,000 lek amount to each beneficiary's account will proceed immediately.
