The Tax Administration invites all individuals who received financial assistance under Packages 1 and 2, and who have not yet received the allocated benefit due to inaccurately provided bank account details (bank name and/or IBAN), to By August 31, 2020, please provide accurate information by completing the required data at the link. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1H5YRYjuCkqNndoRyaPLhA4Dp3xGNgiBW9VSxIkg32Cw/viewform?edit_requested=true
Completing the bank account information form is simple and should be done only by the individuals listed in the attachments to this notice, for whom the data correction has not yet been completed by the employing entities. Upon its submission, the benefit amount will be automatically transferred immediately.
The Tax Administration invites all interested individuals to verify their information on the attached list and to immediately complete the bank information form to enable the swift transfer of financial assistance to their account.
