For the Electronic Register of Experts.

The Ministry of Justice has created, administers, and made available to the public Electronic Register of Experts, based on Article 224/d of the Code of Civil Procedure. This registry helps every institution of the judicial system, the Prosecution Office, or any other public institution to access it and obtain the requested expertise.

Registration in the Register of Experts of the Ministry of Justice shall be made by fulfilling the criteria defined by Article 224/d of the Civil Procedure Code and the following Instructions:

• Instruction No. 7, dated 12.27.2019 “On an amendment to Instruction No. 10619, dated 10.19.2018 “On the creation, administration, and public availability of the electronic register for experts”"
• Instruction no. 10619, dated 19.10.2018, of the Minister of Justice “On the creation, administration, and making available to the public of the Electronic Register for Experts”

Individuals who meet the criteria may express their personal interest in registering with this Registry by completing the following documents:

• Application Request Form for Registration
• Autobiographical model
• Criminal Record Declaration Form

The submission of applications together with supporting documents will be done electronically through the “Court Expert Application” service on the e-Albania Government Platform: https://e-albania.al/eAlbaniaServices/UseService.aspx?service_code=13318.
