For all interested entities or individuals who believe they may be eligible for financial assistance under Government Decree No. 305, dated April 16, 2020, However, if their request has been denied or they have not been given the opportunity to apply, they are informed that they have the option to submit the Complaint Form (Format 1 for entities and Format 2 for individuals) through the communication channels provided by the General Directorate of Taxes:
- Parties may upload the completed Form No. 1 of the complaint to e-filing under the "My Cases – General Inquiry" menu.
The taxpayer must clearly state the issue in his appeal and provide the employee IDs of those he claims were not included in Financial Assistance Request 2, which was previously completed with the information of the potentially eligible individuals.

It is important that the complaint submitted by individuals include the NIPT of the institution where the individual is employed and has applied, the individual's corresponding NID, as well as any other information required on the form.
During this period of the emergency situation created by COVID-19, the Tax Administration prioritizes the processing of any complaint submitted by any individual or entity regarding the receipt of financial assistance supported by the Albanian Government.
