Through this notice, we are addressing all of you whose turnover is up to 14 million lek.
As of January 1, 2024, in implementation of the new law for “Income Tax” taxpayers who carry out economic activity as defined by VKM will meet with 15%.
We advise taxpayers to review the attached list to determine whether they are included or not, so they can amend/update their economic code in accordance with the activity they carry out.
If your economic activity is included on the list, we inform you that as of January 1 you will be taxed at 15%.
The Tax Administration invites you to update and clarify your economic code; otherwise, you will be subject to an in-depth verification by its specialized units.
The correction of the economic code is done online through tax services.“Application for change of individual” or “Application for changes to the registration data for limited liability companies (LLCs).
The Tax Administration also suggests that for further information or advice you use its communication channels, as well as the call center at the contact number 08000002, or consult other experts in the field (economists).
