In implementation of paragraph j) of Article 3 of Instruction No. 20, dated June 1, 2020 “For the basic and technical elements, the issuance and exchange of electronic invoices and accompanying invoices,” the General Directorate of Taxes notifies all interested parties in the field of Information Technology of the publication of the Technical Specifications for the electronic invoice.
The documents comply with the European Union standard as set forth in EU Directive 2014/55 of April 16, 2014, “On electronic invoicing in public procurement.” The specifications also comply with the procedural and technical requirements of the legal and sub-legal framework of the fiscalization project.
The basic specifications published below are:
- Specifications for the basic use of the UN/CEFACT electronic invoice – Inter-Industry Invoice (XML Schemas 16B);
- Specifications for the basic use of electronic invoicing – ISO/IEC 19845:2015 (UBL 2.1).
Listed below are the Functional and Technical Specifications for the electronic invoicing service, which have been drafted in accordance with the European Union's Core Specifications. All of these technical materials serve to develop software solutions for the fiscalization of electronic invoices.
