With the aim of rigorously implementing the Order of the Minister of Health and Social Protection, no. 193, dated 20.03.2020, “On the prevention and combating of infections and infectious diseases,” all taxpayers are kindly requested to refer to table are defined:
- activities that are permitted to conduct economic activity and,
- activities that there were no to carry out economic activities
In implementation of this order, we clarify that starting from March 24, 2020:
Nuk you are allowed to carry out the activities of the sales units specified in the table below, which are marked in red and have the status “Close”
It is prohibited to conduct activities in establishments offering services, nightclubs, indoor venues dedicated to the entertainment of children and youth, gyms, sports centers, swimming pools, internet cafes, cultural centers, and amusement centers. This also includes all sales units within Shopping Centers, as well as any other unit that sells retail items: industrial, cultural, various types of clothing, artistic goods, sporting goods, and cosmetics.
Are you allowed All taxpayers conducting activities in the field of plant and animal production, processing of food products, wood products, textile production, chemical product production, pharmaceutical products, mineral production, electronic product production, electrical product production, furniture production, energy production, water production and supply, as well as cleaning services, building construction, engineering works, etc., determined in the table below, which have the status of “Allowed”, will continue their exercise of activity.
