As part of its operations in Albania, it is seeking a candidate for the position of Office Assistant .
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Order office supplies, sanitary items, and other necessary items.
- Receiving and sending emails on behalf of the company and subsequently delegating them to managers.
- Supports, assists, and assists other departments as required with printing, scanning, archiving, etc.;
- Responsible for the documentation that must be included in the employee's file.;
- Responsible for booking tickets or hotel reservations for personnel traveling outside Albania, following the company's purchasing and procurement procedures.;
- Corrects and edits documents or materials, making the necessary corrections and revisions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of spelling, grammar, and proper punctuation.;
- Translates documentation from Italian into Albanian and vice versa. Provides training and support to personnel with knowledge of the Italian language.
TERMS
- To write, read, and communicate very well in Italian.
- Have good teamwork skills.
- Have a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a team, organizational skills, and the ability to quickly learn computer programs.
- PAYMENT: 50,000 LEK (net payment).
