The General Directorate of Taxes wishes to bring to the attention of all taxpayers, subject to Law No. 87/2019 “On the invoice and the monitoring system of turnover”, as amended, that they have the option to adapt existing fiscal devices in accordance with this law.
There are a large number of current cash registers that support fiscalization through the implementation of intermediary software. The Tax Administration, as part of informing taxpayers about the certification of IT companies, presents in the following list the versions of fiscal devices that are already certified in accordance with this reform.
