Notice on the deadlines for the use of the Central Invoicing Platform for transactions between taxpayers and State Public Bodies (B2G)

The General Directorate of Taxes continues to provide information regarding the fiscalization process under Law No. 87/2019 “Regarding the Invoice and the Turnover Monitoring System.” Through this notice, the DPT wishes to remind all taxpayers who issue invoices to State Public Authorities via the Central Invoicing Platform, that the use of this platform by these taxpayers may continue at most until June 30, 2021, in accordance with the Decision number 220 of March 12, 2021, point 2.1:

Taxpayers conducting cashless transactions with public authorities may issue and fiscalize electronic invoices for these transactions through the central invoice platform until June 30, 2021.

After this deadline, the use of the Central Invoicing Platform will not be possible for this category of taxpayers, so they must begin using certified software solutions by or on June 30, 2021.
