The General Directorate of Taxes continues to provide information regarding the fiscalization process under Law No. 87/2019 “For the Invoice and the Traffic Monitoring System.”.
Through this notice, the DPT wishes to bring to the attention of all taxpayers who issue invoices to State Public Bodies through the Central Invoicing Platform, that the use of this platform by these taxpayers may continue at most until June 30, 2021, in accordance with the Decision. number 220 of March 12, 2021, point 2.1:
Taxpayers conducting cashless transactions with public authorities may issue and fiscalize electronic invoices for these transactions through the central invoice platform until June 30, 2021.
After this deadline, the use of the Central Invoicing Platform will not be possible for this category of taxpayers, so they must begin using certified software solutions by, or at the latest on, June 30, 2021.
