The Tax Administration informs all taxpayers that in cases where they submit a Request for changes to business data, at the service desks of QKB online through the portal e-Albania, should also verify the Country Code of the place of activity in the SelfCare portal.
This verification must be carried out after each amendment request to the KBQ, which is accompanied by a new case number (CN Case Number). This number is reflected in the Tax system, generating a new activity location code. The generation of this new code, mainly for entities with only one place of activity, prevents the taxpayer from carrying out regular activities in terms of the Fiscalization process.
Upon verification, if it results that a new Business Place Code has been generated, the taxpayer must immediately notify and make the new Code available to the provider. certified software solution, which then performs the updates and enables the issuance of invoices.
