The General Directorate of Tax informs all taxpayers and interested individuals that the deadline for applying for financial assistance under Package No. 1 “Decision of the Council of Ministers No. 254 dated 27.03.2020” is 12:00 PM on 18.04.2020. We also inform you that in every Regional Tax Directorate, the process of handling complaints/requests sent regarding the rejection of applications, submitted by individuals/entities to the taxpayer service email addresses, continues.

This process will continue even after the deadline for applying for financial assistance under Decision of the Council of Ministers no. 254, dated 27.03.2020, and we assure individuals/entities that every complaint/request will be processed and reviewed with maximum correctness. Entities and individuals whose right to benefit from financial assistance under Package no. 1 has been denied will be notified through a message in their e-filing account if they will be beneficiaries of Package no. 2, without needing to follow the re-application procedure.
