The General Directorate of Tax informs all taxpayers and interested individuals that the deadline for applying for financial assistance under Package No. 1 “Decision of the Council of Ministers No. 254 dated 27.03.2020” is 12:00 PM on 18.04.2020. We also inform you that in every Regional Tax Directorate, the process of handling complaints/requests sent regarding the rejection of applications, submitted by individuals/entities to the taxpayer service email addresses, continues.
Ky proces do të vijojë edhe pas përfundimit të afatit të aplikimit të ndihmës financiare sipas VKM nr.254, datë 27.03.2020, dhe sigurojmë individët/subjektet se çdo ankesë/kërkesë do të trajtohet dhe shqyrtohet me korrektësinë maksimale. Subjektet dhe individët të cilëve u është refuzuar e drejta për të përfituar ndihmën financiare sipas Paketës nr.1, do të njoftohen nëpërmjet një njoftimi në llogarinë e tyre në e-filing, nëse do të jenë përfitues të Paketës nr.2, pa qenë e nevojshme të ndjekin procedurën e ri aplikimit.
