According to the list, agricultural activities and the wholesale trade of almost all products are permitted.

Remaining closed are: hair and other beauty treatments, body care services, gyms, education, flower, watch and jewelry retail, passenger road transport, taxis, retail trade of clothing, shoes, used goods, rugs, sporting goods, furniture, toys, telecommunications equipment in specialized stores, and audio and video equipment. Maritime and air passenger transport are also prohibited.

Beverage service activities (bars, cafes, and establishments) remain closed and may be the last to reopen.

Along with this order, a guide from the Public Health Institute has also been published. (ISHP) that recommends appropriate practices to employers for limiting the spread of COVID-19, thereby reducing transmission of the infection among employees, maintaining business continuity, and creating a healthy work environment.
