Steps of the procedure

Group 1:

– Logging into the portal as a business (using the Unique Identification Number (NUIS), also known as NIPT, and a password)

The natural or legal person and/or NGO submits the application online to obtain the corresponding license.;

The QKB reviews requests in the order they are received and makes a decision within 2 business days from the date the request is submitted.

Group 2:

– Logging into the portal as a business (using the Unique Identification Number (NUIS), also known as NIPT, and a password)

The natural or legal person and/or NGO submits the application online to obtain the corresponding license.;

The QKB reviews requests in the order they are received and makes a decision within 4 business days from the date the request is submitted.;

The QKB also reviews the submission of all supporting documents;

The assessment of compliance with licensing, authorization, and permitting criteria is based solely on the applicant's self-declarations and on the supporting documents submitted by the applicant.

Necessary time for receiving the service
Group 1: The QKB reviews the request and makes a decision within 2 business days from the date the request is submitted. Group 2: The QKB reviews the request and makes a decision within 4 business days from the date the request is submitted.

Costs
Upon receiving notification of the application's approval, the applicant must appear at the QKB counters and present the original version of the documentation submitted at the time of online application. At that point, the applicant also pays the QKB service fee of 100 lek.
