“Movement Permit for Business Needs” is an electronic service that enables businesses to apply online for exit permits for their declared employees as well as for vehicle circulation in order to continue their operations. The service offers three dedicated sections for obtaining “Travel Permit for Entity Needs” according to business specifications: – “Transportation permit for staff” Allows for the issuance of a permit for the operation of vehicles of private companies that provide employee transportation for the Home-Work-Home itinerary. “Permit for circulation for the needs of entities” Enables the device to be authorized to access various private or public services at any time within the official hours: 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM. “Permit for the circulation of services provided by entities” It enables the device to be issued an unlimited permit for businesses that offer 24-hour service. The duration of the circulation permit for the entities' needs is 7 days. Necessary documentation No supporting documentation is required for this service. Steps of the procedure – Register your business for NIPT on the e-Albania portal; – Select the “Movement Permit for Entity Needs” service; – Click the “Use” button; – Choose one of the three options that best fits your business profile; -If you need a “Staff Transport Permit”: – Select the “Staff Transportation” option; – Complete the application by selecting the schedule and providing the information for the vehicles that will be used for employee transportation; – The approval will be sent to the email address you used to register on the e-Albania portal; – If you wish to use a different email, you must change it in the “My Space” section by clicking: Change the account information. If you need a “Permit for Circulation for Entity Needs”: – Select the “Circulation for entity needs” option; – Fill in the information about the vehicle list, the staff who will be moving, and the reasons for the move; – Select the schedule in which the movement will take place, within the official time frame: 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM; – The approval will be sent to the email address you used to register on the e-Albania portal, and is valid for the entire week, from Monday to Saturday; – If you wish to use a different email, you must change it in the “My Space” section by clicking: Change the account information. If you need a “Permit for the Circulation of Entity Services”: – Select the “Circulation for entity services” option; – Fill in the information about the list of vehicles, staff employees, and the reasons for the movement; – The approval will be sent to the email address you used to register on the e-Albania portal, and is only valid within the permitted time frame; – If you wish to use a different email, you must change it in the “My Space” section by clicking: Change the account information. This procedure also applies to state institutions. The head of the institution must identify himself on the portal as an individual. Then he must register the institution by completing the NIPT and any other required information. Finally, he follows the same procedure as above. Caution! The police will verify in real time whether the employees of the entities have an authorized approval or not.
