Personal income declarations over 2 million lekë are postponed to July 31

Fundi i prillit është afati i fundit zyrtar për të gjithë individët, të cilët bëjnë deklarimin online të të ardhurave të tyre personale, kur ato i kalojnë 2 milionë lekë (DIVA-Deklarata Individuale Vjetore e të Ardhurave). Por, për shkak të situatës së krijuar nga pandemia e COVID-19, Ministria e Financave e ka shtyrë këtë afat për deklarimet e vitit 2019. Sipas Normative Act For the Income Tax Law, the new deadline, only for 2019 income, is July 31.
“Exceptionally, notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 13 and 13/6 of this law, the filing of the 2019 individual annual income tax return with the tax administration and the payment of any resulting liability shall be completed no later than July 31, 2020.”,
